Apple iPhone 5 available online at Rs 54,990 onwards

New Delhi: If you are one of those Apple devotees, who can't wait for the official launch of the iPhone 5 in India and are keen to own the one, then here are some good deals for you. Online sellers in India are selling the recently launched Apple iPhone 5 at a premium.

Though there are a few websites, which are selling the latest smartphone from Apple, but Rediff Shopping appears to be selling it at the lowest price. Buyers can grab the 16GB iPhone 5 model at Rs 54,990 from rediff .

On the other hand, Tradus is selling the same model at Rs 59,500. However, it has priced the 32GB model at Rs 73,599 and the 64GB iPhone 5 model at Rs 86,699.

Besides, the iPhone 5 16GB is available on eBay India for Rs 59,990, the 32GB model comes for Rs 67,990 and the 64GB version is priced at Rs 76,990.

While the pricing on these online shopping websites may seem to be a little steep, reports said that some Indian iPhone enthusiasts were willing to pay as much as Rs 1.2 lakh to own the iPhone 5 within days of its initial release.

Earlier this week, Apple said that it had sold more than 5 million units of the iPhone 5 in the three days after it hit stores.
